The Service Planner will be responsible for planning and coordinating pest control services for residential and commercial customers. This role will involve developing and implementing service plans, managing service schedules, and ensuring that all services are delivered in accordance with company standards and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pest control, customer service, and operations management. The role will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Service Planner will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, and for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The role will involve working closely with the operations team to ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with company standards and customer expectations.
