Service Planner Installation Technology

To expand the team, we are looking for an experienced planner who brings structure to a dynamic service environment and effortlessly maintains an overview.

Your tasks include:

• Receiving faults by phone and email;
• Inquiring about and analyzing notifications;
• Creating and prioritizing work orders;
• Scheduling technicians and providing clear instructions;
• Daily checking of the schedule and material availability and ordering if necessary;
• Checking, completing, and administratively processing work orders;
• Providing feedback to clients on progress and completion;
• Managing subcontractors and monitoring progress;
• Performing final checks;
• Linking invoices to work orders.
