• In your role, you are responsible for the holistic end-to-end operation of your services.
• As an expert in your technology, you understand the requirements and added value of your services from the customer's perspective.
• You are responsible for the functional management and further development of your service team - ensuring quality, compliance, and smooth operational handovers.
• Through process optimization, automation, and the use of AI, you continuously increase efficiency and service quality.
• You manage your service efficiently, coordinate the interfaces relevant to the service, and the handover between 1st and 2nd level as well as the manufacturer.
• You actively participate in service reviews, gather requirements, and present your services convincingly in the pre-sales phase.
• You transfer our operating concept to new customers, ensure smooth service transition, and support them in ongoing operations.

• Completed vocational training in IT or a degree in IT and/or many years of professional experience in the relevant field.
• You bring in-depth experience in the functional and operational management of service units, the operation of SAP landscapes, and IT service management processes such as Incident, Change, and Service Request Fulfillment.
• Customer orientation is a matter of course for you - your strong service mindset shapes your daily actions.
• You enthusiastically drive the innovative further development of scalable services and effectively implement new requirements within the service organization.
• You bring several years of experience from technical roles, relevant certifications, and the ability to connect technical, organizational, and economic requirements into holistic services and manage them professionally.
• Structured process thinking, high attention to detail, and strong communication skills characterize you, as does your clear service and customer orientation.
• You specifically use your methodological and analytical skills as well as your confident use of agile methods to sustainably and measurably increase service quality, stability, and customer satisfaction.
