We are looking for a Service Operations Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our services, including monitoring and troubleshooting issues, resolving customer complaints, and collaborating with other teams to improve our overall service quality. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT operations, customer-facing roles, or similar fields, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
