Service Now- GRC Practice Head

We’re Hiring: ServiceNow GRC Practice Head in Morphis is scaling its Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) capabilities and is looking for a dynamic ServiceNow GRC Practice Head to lead and grow our IRM/GRC practice. This is a leadership role for someone passionate about building high-performing teams, driving strategic engagements, and delivering impactful risk & compliance solutions on the ServiceNow platform. What You’ll Do Lead and expand the ServiceNow IRM/GRC practice, defining strategy and developing a comprehensive plan to drive growth and success. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize opportunities for growth and innovation. Drive strategic engagements and deliver impactful risk & compliance solutions on the ServiceNow platform. What We’re Looking For A seasoned professional with a passion for building high-performing teams, driving strategic engagements, and delivering impactful risk & compliance solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Proven track record of success in leading and growing IRM/GRC practices. Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance principles and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience working with ServiceNow GRC products and services is a plus.
