ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) 2. ServiceNow App Engine 3. ServiceNow JavaScript (including GlideScript, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Actions) 4. ServiceNow Integration (REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub) 5. ServiceNow Workflow Design & Automation We are seeking a ServiceNow CSM & App Engine Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions using CSM and App Engine. Key responsibilities include designing and building custom workflows, automating business processes, and integrating with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Strong understanding of JavaScript and its applications in ServiceNow is essential. Experience with IntegrationHub and workflow design is a plus.
