SERVICE NETWORK MANAGER

The Company

IDV's headquarters are located in Bolzano, at the historic industrial plant originally belonging to Lancia Veicoli Speciali, a company founded in 1937. The company operates internationally in the defense sector and has a highly specialized internal Research and Development (R&D) structure, supported by the Group's extensive engineering expertise.

Role Description

To strengthen its organization, IDV is looking for a Service Network Manager who will be responsible for coordinating, developing, and consolidating the brand's global network of authorized service centers.

The person sought will be responsible for managing and optimizing the after-sales network, ensuring high service standards and contributing to the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise existing workshops and service centers within the network.
• Identify, select, qualify, and train new service partners.
• Ensure the maintenance of the quality standards required by the company.
• Define and implement improvement actions aimed at increasing customer satisfaction and operational performance.
• Collaborate with central technical assistance teams and with functions dedicated to after-sales business development.
• Ensure that the selection and management of network partners are consistent with company objectives and required service levels.
• Manage relationships with national and international stakeholders operating in multicultural contexts characterized by different organizational models.

Language Skills

Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken, is required.

Knowledge of one or more of the following languages will be considered a plus:

• French
• Spanish
• Arabic

IT Skills

Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is required, with particular reference to:

• PowerPoint

Indicative Gross Annual Salary: €34,000 – €51,000 gross per year, commensurate with the candidate's experience, skills, and professional background.
