Service Representative Alarm Center in Munich

What will you do: Your role Your temporary summer job at our company starts as soon as possible, that is in June, and ends on September 1. First, you'll follow, together with a group of other new colleagues, our internal training at our office in Munich. In three weeks, you'll acquire skills that will be useful to you both here and in the rest of your career. Are you settled? Then you'll start working as the first point of contact for ANWB members who get stuck or stranded due to an accident in German-speaking countries. If someone calls with a problem, you'll help them quickly and efficiently. You'll also be responsible for processing their requests and providing information on our services. Your tasks will include answering questions about our services, explaining the procedures for reporting accidents, and providing assistance with claims. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our members receive the best possible support. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic and innovative environment.
