Service Manager (HVAC/ACMV/North)

Responsibilities: Manage and oversee field service operations for the Air Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation, and HVAC industry in the North region. Lead a team of field service technicians and support staff to ensure efficient and timely service delivery. Develop and implement service strategies to meet customer satisfaction and business objectives. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and optimize service performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals and objectives. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the team. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to drive growth and profitability. Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and resources to achieve financial objectives.
