Service Manager

VORTECH is looking for experienced and motivated individuals to join our growing team as Service Managers.

As a Service Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating daily Online Casino operations, supporting the operational team and ensuring that our games run smoothly, efficiently and in line with company procedures and quality standards.

At VORTECH, we value people who take ownership, communicate clearly and remain calm in a dynamic environment. You will work closely with Game Presenters and other departments, providing operational support, managing incidents and helping maintain a professional and positive working environment.

Main responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise Game Presenters during the shift;
• Monitor gaming operations and ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards and operational requirements;
• Allocate staff to gaming tables and ensure appropriate operational coverage throughout the shift;
• Organize and conduct shift briefings;
• Monitor team performance, attendance and professional standards;
• Coordinate table openings, closures and operational checks;
• Perform operational sanity checks and ensure tables are ready for activity;
• Identify, manage and escalate operational or technical incidents when necessary;
• Provide guidance, support and constructive feedback to team members;
• Monitor player interactions and support the resolution of complaints or unusual situations;
• Ensure operational procedures, schedules and staff rotations are followed correctly;
• Complete daily checks, operational reports and shift handovers;
• Communicate relevant incidents and operational updates through the appropriate channels;
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient studio operations.
