Service Manager

To be part of a team that values innovation, creativity, and attention to detail, we are looking for a Service Manager who will be responsible for managing the service department, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and coordinating with other departments to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate should have a degree in a relevant field (e.g., naval architecture, mechanical engineering), at least 5 years of experience in the yachting industry, and excellent communication skills. The Service Manager will be responsible for: • Managing the service department, including planning, organizing, and controlling all activities; • Coordinating with other departments to achieve business objectives; • Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving; • Developing and implementing strategies to improve service quality and efficiency; • Collaborating with the production team to ensure seamless integration between production and service; • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including maintenance schedules, repair orders, and inventory management.
