Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of service technicians and mechanical trades professionals
- Offer guidance to team members, customers, and senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with customers to provide tailored service solutions
- Improve business performance through process enhancements and strong leadership
- Work closely with other internal departments to support a cohesive team environment
- Monitor and manage team members' recorded and billable hours
- Ensure all internal service procedures and compliance standards are maintained
- Previous experience in a service management or workshop supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
- Process-driven with a proactive approach to improvement
- Understanding of mechanical service operations and industry best practices
- Competitive salary: $90,000 + Super + Team Bonus
