Service Lead

Within the execution of testing and commissioning of relay protection devices and telecontrol equipment on networks, ensures that the service guarantees customer satisfaction. Primary responsibilities - Responsible for coordinating and controlling Field Service activities and is responsible for the service in terms of efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. - Participates in defining the Service strategy, seeking to optimize processes and procedures - Supervises personally the testing and commissioning activities on primary clients and whenever necessary - Plans organizational needs, evaluates Service Partners, defines contracts. - Develops and formulates training programs aimed at training customers and Service Partners. - Collaborates in defining associated services to products in post-sales (e.g., guarantees). - Monitors orders, intervention reports, invoicing, and payments; - Solicits customer feedback to extract useful data for improving the service, product, and sales; - Ensures that standards related to safety norms are respected. Requirements - Diploma or degree in electrical or electromechanical field - At least 3 years of experience in the role - Good analytical planning, and organizational skills - Basic knowledge of economics - Availability for travel and transfers - Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills - Good knowledge of English.
