Experience of 5-8 years Job Description Drive home connect and care operations in the assigned territory Source and train technicians by teeing up with target colleges Conduct classroom training for new hires Provide technical support to team members Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects Monitor and report on key performance indicators Develop and implement process improvements Identify and address customer complaints Handle escalated issues from customers Maintain accurate records and reports Manage budgets and expenses Coordinate with other departments as needed Foster a positive work environment and maintain high morale among team members
