Service Expert WHS (Warehouse Software Applications)

Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Expert Warehouse Software Applications.
In short, you: Analyse complex incidents. Support updates and process adjustments. Create troubleshooting documentation. Collaborate with developers and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of complex incidents escalated from Level 1 Support or Key-Users;

• Analyse errors in WMS/WCS, conveyor systems, or automated storage systems;

• Collaborate closely with developers, PLC engineers, and external service providers to resolve issues;

• Support system updates, configuration changes, and rollout of new functionalities;

• Investigate integration and interface problems between WMS, WCS, PLCs, and material flow systems;

• Create detailed troubleshooting documentation, escalation reports, and recommendations for Key-Users;

• Provide guidance to Level 1 Support for recurring problems and knowledge sharing;

• Participate in testing and validation of system changes before deployment.
