Service Engineer

From €46,000 (Base Full-time)
Are you a hands-on technician who enjoys solving problems on-site and working with state-of-the-art equipment in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry?
Do you feel comfortable in an international environment and enjoy traveling worldwide? Then we are looking for exactly YOU!
Your responsibilities- Installation, commissioning, and start-up of our systems at customer sites worldwide
- Troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of high-tech systems
- Support with qualification measures (IQ/OQ) in regulated environments
- Training of customer personnel in operation and maintenance
- Function as a technical interface to customers during service assignments
- Preparation of service reports and documentation
- Support for continuous product improvement through feedback from practice
- Technical training in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or similar fields
- Experience in the service sector, mechanical engineering, or industry (experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry is an advantage)
- Practical working style and strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to undertake up to 90% international business travel
- Good English skills; German skills are an advantage
- Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally
