Job Description Service Engineer Education Diploma/ BE in Electronics and Communication Engineering Experience 2 to 4 years Location Hyderabad CTC 2.5 to 4 Lacs The role demands designing, implementing, monitoring and managing the local and wide area networks of an organisation to ensure maximum uptime for users. The role can include designing system configurations, documenting and managing the installation of a new network, and maintaining and upgrading existing systems as necessary. Ensuring Customer satisfaction and timely collection of AMC s. Duties and Responsibilities: Having Good Hands-on knowledge on R&S and understanding of Voice and Wireless technologies. Implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks/telephony systems Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, VoIP Systems etc Configuring firewalls, Voice systems, routing and switching to maximise network efficiency and security Maximising network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting Arranging scheduled upgrades Investigating faults in the network Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases Managing projects of various technologies including Safety and Surveillance An exposure on Cisco/Avaya systems is desired. Certification: CCNA /Avaya
