Service Engineer

We are seeking a Service Engineer to join our Telecom Delivery / Implementation team, focused on OSS provisioning and service activation . The role involves implementing, configuring, testing, and supporting OSS solutions for fixed and mobile networks, ensuring successful end-to-end service delivery. Key Responsibilities Implement and configure OSS provisioning and service activation flows Execute end-to-end, integration, and acceptance tests (ATP/UAT) Troubleshoot provisioning issues across multiple systems and platforms Ensure timely and accurate issue resolution Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues Develop and maintain knowledge of OSS solutions and technologies Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments Participate in continuous learning and professional development activities
