Job description
Job Description As a Service Engineer, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and supporting our customers’ systems across technologies such as: Access Control, Intrusion Protection, Video Surveillance, Door Entry, Fire Detection, Audio Alarm Verification, Staff Protection, Public Address, Time & Attendance, and LED Lighting. Deliver excellent customer service, working closely with the Area Supervisor and National Call Centre. Use PDA management software to manage service calls and maintenance schedules. Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures, and maintain accurate records of all activities.
