Your Responsibilities

• • Technical clarification and processing of service inquiries from our customers, the internal spare parts service, and service technicians regarding electrical engineering topics.
  • Planning and implementation of electrical engineering modifications within the scope of retrofit and machine conversion projects.
  • Analysis and resolution of faults, as well as development of sustainable solution proposals.
  • Creation, adaptation, and maintenance of electrical schematics and technical documentation.
  • Recording, maintenance, and updating of bills of materials, articles, and technical master data in SAP.
  • Support for product changes, obsolescence issues, and the introduction of follow-up solutions.
  • Close collaboration with the Customer Care, Engineering, Purchasing, and Production departments.
  • Carrying out commissioning, fault analyses, as well as service and support assignments at the customer's site (willingness to travel up to 20%).

Your Qualifications

• • Completed apprenticeship as an Automation Technician EFZ with several years of professional experience and the willingness for further education at the level of a Higher Technical School (HF)
    or already completed further education at the level of a Higher Technical School (HF) / University of Applied Sciences (FH/BSc).
  • Experience in electrical design (EPLAN).
  • Knowledge of material management (SAP / EPLAN).
  • Preferably knowledge in mechanical engineering or in handling CNC controls (SINUMERIK 840Dsl / ONE).
  • Structured, methodical way of working.
  • Very good knowledge of German, as well as good knowledge of English.
  • High flexibility, resilience, and a team-oriented personality.
