Service Engineer

We are looking for SERVICE ENGINEERS with experience in the marine / martime industry, to work for our client's office in Selangor-Malaysia

Responsibilities:

• Day to day responsibilities include supervising and/or performing service activities such as refurbishment, upgrades, inspections, preventive maintenance and corrective actions on Company's Deck Machinery and equivalent equipment
• Provide information and preparation of reports
• Establish and maintain good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Stay to date with relevant developments, routines, processes and news within Company major customers active in business area
• Co-operate with Company service netowrks
• Comple with all relevant safety and quality requirements
• Follow all site safety rules, agreed working practices and environmental requirements
• Recognize service and sales opportunities and communicate that to relevant persons
• Support sales activities such as follow up onleads and quotes while at site, as agreed with sales responsible.
• Managing the subcontractors

• Technical education or similar
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Experience in marine industry with DM experience/ Electrical and Hydrauli is preferred
• Proficient in both written and spoken English
• Need to work irregular hours for vessel schedule
• Able to travel within short notice
• Require to travel offshore
