Job description
As a Workshop Service Engineer, after thorough basic training, you will become an important linchpin in the team. Your role involves the maintenance and repair of a wide range of safety equipment within the workshop.
You will be responsible for:
- Corrective maintenance of various devices within the product range in the workshop.
- Following up on administrative and logistical processes for devices with external suppliers.
- Monitoring the progress of repairs, delivery of parts, and the like.
- Carefully following internal procedures for repairs and final inspections.
- Maintaining and adhering to ISO EN9001:2015 quality system procedures.
With a focus on collaboration and an eye for detail, you will contribute to the efficient operation and reliability of the products and services.
Profile
We are looking for an eager-to-learn and solution-oriented professional with technological affinity who enjoys working in the workshop. Here are the requirements:
- At least an A2 diploma in a technical field, such as electrical engineering or electronics.
- Good communication skills with the desire to learn and develop yourself.
- A solution-oriented work attitude and initiative.
- Proficiency in one of the official national languages (Dutch or French) and a good basic knowledge of the other.
- Good computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office.
- The distance to the workshop in Wemmel is feasible for you.

Organization
Our client is an international group headquartered in Germany. They are established in Belgium in Flemish Brabant and are active in the sale, installation, maintenance, and (customer) service of both medical technology and safety technology. For the safety technology division, they are currently looking for reinforcements for the service team in the workshop in Wemmel.
