Service Engineer

Job Description Objetivo del Puesto: The Service Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the good functioning of Cool Sculpting systems installed nationwide, providing preventive and corrective maintenance services, as well as assisting clients in supplying cards and consumables necessary for system operation. The position will report to the Mgr. Supply Chain of AA Mexico. Principales Funciones: Prepare maintenance program, install and configure equipment, perform routine checks and maintenance tasks, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, provide training and support to customers, maintain accurate records and reports, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Requisitos del Puesto: Bachelor's degree in a related field, 2+ years of experience in a similar role, knowledge of mechanical systems, ability to work independently, strong communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Office.
