Service Driver

What will you do?
As a service expert, you are the point of contact for customers on the go. You ensure that everyone can continue to ride their bike without worrying. From a bus, car, or bike, you drive through the city to deliver bikes, perform minor repairs, and perform maintenance where necessary. You visit people at home or at work and offer a quick and friendly solution. Customer satisfaction is always your top priority, and you do everything to help someone get back on track safely. Whether it's a flat tire, delivering a new bike, or refilling accessories, you handle it all with a smile. Every day is different, and you're always on the move, making this position ideal for those who love freedom, variety, and direct contact with people.You'll get this back!

This is you!
You are social, solution-oriented, and enjoy helping customers. With your energetic and positive attitude, you know how to offer every customer a good experience. You enjoy variety in your work and feel comfortable in an independent role where you're often on the move. Additionally, you can switch between different tasks and situations and remain calm and friendly, even when it's busy.
Furthermore, you recognize yourself in the following:
- You possess a valid driving license (at least 6 months);
- You speak and understand Dutch or English;
- You have affinity with bicycles and/or technology (experience is nice to have, but not required);
- You are available at least a few days a week, possibly also on Saturdays;
- You work well outside and enjoy being on the move;
- You can function well both independently and in a team.
In short: you're a real go-getter who loves being in touch with people and contributing to a more sustainable city.
