Service Dispatcher (m/f/d) for Refrigeration Technology / Organization & Scheduling

Do you have experience in refrigeration technology and are looking for a varied role with less site work and more organization?

We are looking for you as a Service Dispatcher (m/f/d) on a full-time basis as soon as possible. In this position, you will combine your technical understanding with customer service, scheduling, and service organization. You will be the point of contact for our customers and service technicians and will coordinate collaboration with the relevant internal departments. You will keep things together, ensure smooth information flow, and make sure that our service calls are well-prepared and executed.

Tasks

• Point of contact for our customers for technical questions, malfunctions, and service issues
• Technical support for our internal and external service technicians
• Planning and coordination of service calls and customer appointments
• Creation and calculation of maintenance and service offers
• Processing of service orders and plant data in our ERP system
• Organization of materials, tools, and technical documentation for service calls
• Coordination with customers, service technicians, and internal departments
• Further development and optimization of our service processes

You will receive thorough and practice-oriented onboarding, which is individually tailored to your previous experience and technical know-how. You will get to know our products, internal processes, and our customers' requirements, and will be introduced to your new role step by step.

Your place of work: Our headquarters in Gondelsheim. In the long term, a home office arrangement may also be possible after successful onboarding.

Qualification

You don't need to have the one perfect CV. What's important to us is that you understand refrigeration technology, take responsibility, and enjoy organizing. This could be, for example:

• Training as a mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology, refrigeration plant constructor, or a comparable technical qualification
• Several years of professional experience in refrigeration technology, ideally in service
• Good practical knowledge, ideally in the area of chilled water systems
• Required proof of expertise
• Proficient in MS Office and digital systems
• Very good German skills; English skills are an advantage
• Independent and structured way of working
• Enjoyment of technology, customer contact, and organization
