Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a technical graduate with 1-3 years of experience, for a Support Engineer role within an Austrian company that offers intelligent automation solutions.
You must have basic/medium knowledge of Linux and SQL and speak English at a medium to advanced level (B2–C1).

What will you be doing?
- You will contribute to the daily operations of automated client depots worldwide;
- You will offer optimization suggestions, consulting, and manage technical questions from clients;
- You will work daily with various departments and specialists;
