Tasks

• Support of Windows Client Lifecycles from deployment to replacement

• Setup, maintenance, and support of IT equipment at the workplace

• Support and maintenance of media technology

• Administration and care of mobile device management

• Participation in IT telephone support and user support

• Active participation in internal IT projects and optimizations

Qualification

• First professional experience in a service desk or IT support role

• Familiarity with Windows clients and end devices

• Basic understanding of IT hardware, networks, and peripherals

• Structured and service-oriented work style

• Communication skills and joy in direct user contact
