In large hardware and service framework agreements, the experts accompany customers from the public sector with detailed and individual consulting from infrastructure conception to hardware implementation to professional long-term support and media-pedagogical and technical training of users.

Tasks

• central acceptance, prioritization, and forwarding of IT service requests
• coordination and scheduling of technical deployments (remote & on-site)
• tight coordination with customers, technical teams, and external service providers
• maintenance and processing of tickets in the ITSM system
• control of open cases and follow-up of solution deadlines
• documentation of processes and communication in the servicedesk environment
• support for optimizing internal service processes

Qualification

• completed commercial or technical training
• first experience in IT support, dispatching, or customer service
• outstanding organizational skills and stress resistance
• sophisticated, friendly demeanor – even on the phone
• secure handling of MS Office
• experience with IT ticket systems is advantageous
• teamwork ability and high service orientation
• structured work style and quick comprehension
