Our client is looking for Service Desk Analyst with 1st and 2nd level support for Active Directory, Windows 10, Office 365 suit, general network devices and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for all IT related issues and queries
• Providing IT Support over the phone, emails and face to face
• Respond, log, triage, and conduct troubleshooting to all first level IT Service Requests and Incidents within agreed service level agreement.
• User Administration - on-boarding and off boarding.
• 1st level support for Active Directory, Windows 10, Office 365 suit, general network devices, ERP systems.
• Participate in various projects and IT initiatives.

Key Skills Required:

• Previous experience in a Service Desk Analyst role
• Experience in supporting Active Directory, Windows 10, Office 365 suit, general network devices, ERP systems.
• Experience in a customer-facing technology role.
• Experience in Active Directory for managing users and groups
• Competent in troubleshooting Mobile Devices such as iPhones, iPads.
• Experience in troubleshooting physical and virtual desktop, laptop, phone, servers, printers, and network
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced continuously evolving environment to achieve outcomes
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
