Service Desk Analyst

As the IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for • Providing exceptional customer service to our internal customers, responding to and resolving IT-related incidents and requests in a timely and professional manner; • Managing and prioritising a high-volume of IT requests and incidents, ensuring that all issues are resolved or escalated to the appropriate teams; • Collaborating with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues, and providing technical support to end-users; • Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of our IT systems, processes, and procedures; • Identifying and reporting trends and patterns in IT requests and incidents, and making recommendations for process improvements; • Participating in IT projects and initiatives to improve the overall customer experience; • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all IT requests and incidents, and ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company policies and procedures; • Working collaboratively with other teams to resolve IT-related issues and improve overall IT service delivery; • Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments, and applying this knowledge to improve IT service delivery; • Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance technical and soft skills; • Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards, and ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with these guidelines.
