We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Service Desk Agent with proficiency in German. As a Service Desk Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support and technical assistance to our clients in the German markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate solutions via phone, email, or chat - in German
• Troubleshooting IT technical issues (software, hardware, peripherals) and escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams (you will receive training for this)
• Documenting customer interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system - In English
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Fluency in German language (B2+ - C1)
• Good English language skill (minimum B2)
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Prior experience in a customer service, technical or IT support role is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Availability to work in shifts
• Baccalaureate Degree or, preferably University Degree
