Service Desk Agent with French & Italian (Remote)

We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Service Desk Agent with proficiency in both French and Italian languages. As a Service Desk Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support and technical assistance to our clients in the French and Italian markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate solutions via phone, email, or chat
• Troubleshooting IT issues and escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams
• Documenting customer interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Fluency in both French AND Italian languages
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Prior experience in a customer service, technical or IT support role is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Availability to work in 24/7 shifts
• Availability to attend the on-site training in Bucharest (after the training, the position is fully remote from anywhere in Romania)
