Service Designer

ALTEN Mexico is currently seeking a talented and motivated Feature Team - Service Designer JR to join our team. As a Service Designer, you will be responsible for designing innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement service designs that drive business results. This role requires strong collaboration skills, creativity, and the ability to think outside the box. Responsibilities: • Design innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients, • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement service designs, • Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions, • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in service design. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, • 1-3 years of experience in service design or a related field, • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies, • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
