Service Delivery Project Co-ordinator

Job Responsibilities: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and plan timelines for network expansion projects. Manage and support operations related to the Air Fiber OC Desk, ensuring smooth coordination and issue resolution. Act as a single point of coordination between network, business, construction, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment. Clearly communicate project scope, requirements, and expectations to all involved teams. Monitor ongoing projects and escalate any issues or concerns to the relevant stakeholders. Ensure that all projects are completed within the agreed-upon timelines and budget. Coordinate with internal departments such as IT, Finance, and HR to ensure seamless integration of new services. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Provide regular project updates to senior management and other stakeholders. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets. Manage and track project progress, identifying and addressing any deviations from plan. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the business and its operations to ensure effective coordination and issue resolution. Provide support and guidance to team members as needed. Ensure that all projects are completed with high quality and meet customer expectations. Monitor and report on project performance metrics such as cost, schedule, and quality. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as necessary.
