Proactive commercial management and administration of all assigned subcontracts Support in tenders and award of contracts; acceptance and administration of assigned subcontracts Tracking of changes (e.g., due to construction changes) and negotiation of change orders Review of progress reports, payment applications and claims Monthly assessment of services rendered (quantities and values); preparation of budget forecasts and projections Participation in meetings (e.g., construction management, change control, risk management) Maintaining comprehensive records to protect against disputes Preparation of monthly reports and cost forecasts Support in the termination of subcontracts Comparison of budgets for the actual status with the budgets for the sales status Intensive project experience in the industry (preferably in the energy sector) In-depth experience in subcontract management Proficiency in technical software (Autodesk and Bluebeam) for project measurement Knowledge of contracts, cost control, MS Office 365 Very good English, ideally another language (e.g., German, French, Italian) Driver's license class B required Willingness for on-site assignments International and renowned client Long-term planned project duration In the field of Construction & Property, we place specialists and managers in the construction and real estate industries.
