Experience: 8-10 years
Required Skills: Digital : Node.js~Advanced Java Concepts~Leadership Essentials - Managing Secure Delivery and Operations
Service Delivery Manager -Canada GTA only-15 yrs experience-5 yrs as service delivery manager -5 yrs commercial payments domain experience -5 yrs client site experience -Strong program management and delivery experience across service lines development, prod support and QA-Strong understanding of Java NodeJS, Datawarehouse, Microservices, AWS Cloud systems -Strong experience in preparing and presenting service delivery dashboards to executive leaders -Strong stakeholder management, communication, decision making and team management skills -Strong experience in Agile and Waterfall SDLC -Good understanding of AI solutions and productivity acceleration solutions -ITIL certification (nice to have)
