Service Delivery Manager (m/w/d) - Managed Workplace

Tasks

• You are operationally responsible for our Managed Workplace Service based on MS 365 & MS Intune - both internally and towards the customer.

You accompany the service transition of new customers and serve as an interface between the operations team, project team, and service management.

You support the further development of our services through automation and improved user experience.

Whenever changes are involved, you plan and execute minor/major changes and process tickets.

In your position, you actively work in our agile MS-focused team.

You also take care of the continuous optimization of our client lifecycle processes.

Qualification

• A completed technical degree or comparable IT vocational training and ideally several years of professional experience in the MS 365 & Endpoint Management environment.

Experience in service design, service transition, and service operation in the context of ITIL.

Fundamental knowledge in the MS 365 environment as well as relevant experience in endpoint management such as MS Intune, MS Configuration Manager, MS Defender or comparable tools.

Ability to work independently according to clear target specifications in a complex and dynamic task field.
