Work location: Bangalore The IT Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT services to ensure they meet the needs of the organization. Key responsibilities include: Managing IT services : Oversee the delivery of IT services to ensure they meet the needs of the organization; Developing and maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) with stakeholders; Collaborating with IT teams to identify and prioritize IT service requests; Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of IT services; Providing regular status updates to stakeholders on IT service performance; Identifying and mitigating risks associated with IT service delivery; Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance IT service delivery efficiency; Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate should have: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and service management principles; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Experience in managing IT services using ITIL framework; Knowledge of IT service management tools and technologies; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
