Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage maintenance strategies for complex technical solutions.
• Establish and validate quotations, optimizing strategies as needed.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining KPIs and meeting contractual milestones.
• Handle complex and critical situations autonomously with clients.
• Monitor maintenance budgets effectively.
• Manage field teams, including subcontractors and third-party maintainers.
• Lead internal and external meetings, ensuring clear communication on maintenance projects.
• Explain complex issues and develop action plans.
• Coach and mentor less experienced Service Delivery Managers.

Management Skills:

• Organize and manage diverse stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to junior team members.
• Handle crisis situations efficiently.
• Manage SLAs and follow up on technical activities.
• Possess ITIL process knowledge or certification.
• Leadership skills are a plus.
