Responsibilities We’re looking for a motivated Service Delivery Executive (Logistics) to be a key point of contact for clients, providing customer-centric service to maintain long-term client relationships in the Asia Pacific region. Manage shipment import and export within the Asia Pacific region; Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on service delivery and process improvements; Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded; Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements: Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field; 3+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management; Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
