Service Roofer Region Rotterdam

As a Service Roofer, you will travel with a colleague to customers in your region who already have solar panels and help them further. For example, you will replace an optimizer, add panels, or resolve a malfunction. Depending on the day, you will complete two to six service jobs: variety, independence, and the feeling of having solved something every day.

You will work 40 hours per week in a service team of two and start from the warehouse in Hazerswoude-Dorp. The salary ranges between €2,550 and €3,550 per month, depending on your experience and what you bring.

• You solve DC problems at customers' homes. You replace optimizers, add panels, or remove them if necessary. The work order in the app tells you exactly which steps to follow.
• You ensure satisfied customers. After each job, you will explain to the customer what you have done and why.
• You work safely and efficiently with your teammate. Together you tackle two to six jobs per day, keep each other sharp on safety, and complete each job neatly.
• You contribute to the growth of the service network. Your experience and feedback help prepare the network for the growth of charging stations and home batteries.

• You have at least one year of experience as a roofer and know how to work safely and efficiently at heights.
• You have knowledge of DC circuits and optimizers, and understand the technical aspects of solar panel installations.
• You communicate clearly with customers and can explain what you have done in a way they understand.
• You are flexible and willing to go the extra mile when a job requires it.
