Job description

We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an engineer with at least 5 years of experience in the field, fluent in English, with organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
The responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the activity of the service team and technical interventions on site.
- Providing technical support and solving problems that arise in relation to our clients.
- Maintaining internal orders and requests for service: planning, monitoring, and controlling the execution of work.
- Taking and administering orders for spare parts and equipment necessary for technical interventions.
- Verifying and validating service reports.
- Preparing team service schedules and ensuring their accuracy.
