Service Coordinator

Are you strong in organizing, do you like to keep multiple balls in the air at the same time, and do you have an affinity for trucks and technology? For our location in Maasdijk, we are looking for a Service Coordinator who ensures that customers are helped quickly and well. You are the link between the customer, drivers, mechanics, workshop, and warehouse. From the moment a truck is registered for maintenance or repair, you will monitor its progress. You ensure efficient planning, monitor the agreements made, and ensure that the administrative process, including invoicing, is completed correctly.

• Coordinating maintenance and repair work within the workshop;
• Distributing and supervising tasks for mechanics;
• Creating and maintaining the daily and weekly work schedule;
• Maintaining contact with customers, drivers, and workshop managers;
• Informing and advising customers about repairs, maintenance, and possible service solutions;
• Monitoring progress, quality, and service agreements made;
• Creating, processing, and following up on work orders;
• Preparing and checking associated invoicing;
• Processing service and maintenance information in the designated systems.

As a Service Coordinator, you will also receive the following secondary employment conditions:

• A salary between €3,500 and €5,800 gross per month based on experience;

For the Service Coordinator, we are looking for someone who can easily switch between different parties and situations. You are accurate in your administration, but at the same time enjoy having a lot of contact with customers and colleagues.

• You have completed an MBO 4 or HBO education, preferably in a technical or commercial field;
• You have relevant work experience within a technical service environment, for example as a Service Coordinator;
• Mechanics with the ambition to grow into an office and coordinating role can also apply;
• You are available for 32 to 40 hours per week;
• Interest in the automotive world and technical vehicles is a plus;
• You have previously performed tasks related to invoicing;
• Experience in organizing maintenance and creating workshop schedules;
• You can express yourself well in Dutch;
• You are sociable, service-oriented, and strong in maintaining customer relationships.
