Service Coordinator

As a Service Coordinator in Gorinchem, you are the connecting link between customers, the workshop, and the warehouse. You ensure everything is correct, from scheduling maintenance to processing a neat invoice. No day is the same, because you maintain oversight and arrange the planning so that trucks can get back on the road as quickly as possible.

• Managing and supporting mechanics in the workshop;
• Preparing and monitoring the daily and weekly schedule for maintenance and repairs;
• Acting as the primary point of contact for customers and drivers & Workshop managers;
• Advising customers on maintenance and service solutions;
• Ensuring compliance with service agreements and the quality of service delivery;
• Creating and following up on work orders and invoices;
• Administratively processing service and maintenance data in the system

As a Service Coordinator, you are organized, customer-oriented, and enjoy managing processes. Additionally, you are the commercial and operational point of contact for the organization. You maintain oversight and ensure that the planning is correct and proceeds as it should. From customer contact to the invoice.

• A completed MBO 4 or HBO education, preferably in technical or commercial fields;
• You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience as a Service Coordinator within a technical organization;
• Or you are a mechanic who wants to take a step forward within the automotive industry;
• You are available 40 hours per week; 32 to 36 hours is negotiable;
• You have affinity with the automotive industry;
• You have experience with invoicing in your roles;
• Knowledge of maintenance processes and workshop planning;
• You have a good command of the Dutch language;
• Good communication skills and experience in customer contact.
