Service Coordinator OVL/VRI

As Service Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for all service-related questions and coordinate the service and maintenance work (VRI and OVL). You combine customer contact, planning, and preparation and ensure that both large and small assignments run smoothly. Assignments vary from repairing damage to replacing cables and pipes, expanding existing installations, and introducing new detection loops.

Specifically, you will be busy with:

• Sending out tenders, making digital work orders, ordering materials, checking invoices, and purchasing services for outsourced work assignments.
• Making calculations for sub-assignments up to approximately € 15,000.
• Managing framework agreements with municipalities and drafting contracts.
• Maintaining customer contact and relationships with clients.
• Organizing preventive maintenance and administrative processing thereof.
• Coordinating with colleagues, mechanics, the Province of Limburg, and subcontractors to ensure all interests are well represented.
• Drafting a short-term planning for service technicians based on regular maintenance and incoming malfunctions.
