The role
This is what you will do

This company has two locations. The largest location, including the workshop, is in Noord-Holland. The second location is centrally located in the Houten region. From this location, everything related to the delivery and service of UPS systems is coordinated. And that's precisely where they are now looking for a Service Coordinator.

As a Service Coordinator, you are the beating heart of the technical and service-oriented activities. You are the connecting link between planning, execution, and the service team. You ensure that preventive and corrective maintenance run smoothly and that the Service Engineers always know what needs to be done.

Your tasks:

• Preparing maintenance for installations and scheduling work based on service orders
• Remotely guiding, coaching, directing, and advising Service Engineers
• Acting as a point of contact for knowledge, equipment, and work instructions
• Regularly visiting workplaces at locations throughout the country
• Ensuring timely and accurate administration in the ERP system and registering time and costs per project
• Organizing work permits and access procedures with clients together with the planner

What we expect from you
Do you recognize yourself?

• MBO level 4 education, preferably with a completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics
• Good command of both the Dutch and English languages, spoken and written
• Several years of experience in a comparable technical 'all-rounder' function
• Sufficient electrical engineering knowledge to clearly explain to customers how a UPS is installed and connected
• A high level of empathy, enabling you to motivate and support both customers and colleagues
