Service Coordinator Construction

As a Service Coordinator Construction, you are the link between residents, clients, mechanics, and internal colleagues. In the role of Service Coordinator Construction, you will process service orders, answer technical questions, and ensure administrative and technical processes are handled properly. Further tasks include, among others:

• Creating and processing notifications from various portals;
• Answering technical questions from homeowners' associations, pension funds, and resident platforms;
• Preparing, checking, and sending invoices;
• Ordering necessary materials and monitoring follow-up;

As a Service Coordinator Construction, you will end up in a varied office-based role. You will work with experienced colleagues within service, modifications, administration, and planning. The planning is already arranged, allowing you to focus on coordination, technical aspects, invoicing, and follow-up. For this position, we are looking for a Service Coordinator Construction, preferably with construction knowledge and an affinity for administration. You do not need to know the systems yet, but you will learn them quickly. Experience in the field as a supervisor or in construction is a plus, but not a hard requirement. • You have vocational (MBO) work and thinking level, preferably in Construction;
• You have knowledge of or affinity with construction;
• You are skilled with computers, systems, and numbers;
