Service Coordinator automotive | Zele | Permanent contract

Job Description

Are you passionate about the automotive sector and do you get energy from customer contact? Do you have a talent for organizing and do you like to keep things running smoothly? Then this role as Service Coordinator is for you.

Your responsibilities:
* You plan and coordinate the maintenance and repairs of customer vehicles, primarily trucks.
* You meticulously follow up on maintenance schedules and are responsible for the creation, planning, and control of work orders. You will regularly liaise with the workshop manager.
* You proactively keep customers informed about the service.
* You process the hours worked by the mechanics and book them correctly.
* You thoroughly check the work orders before they are forwarded to the billing department.
* You explain the work carried out to the customer so that they are fully informed.

Work Schedule: You work on a two-weekly rotation:
Week 1: you work on Saturday morning
Week 2: you enjoy a completely free weekend

Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Thursday: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Saturday: 6:45 AM - 12:00 PM

Profile* Bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience
* Fluent Dutch knowledge
* Interest in the automotive sector
* Technical and commercial insight
* Customer-oriented, flexible, and a true team player
* Strong in planning and administration
* Structured and solution-oriented
* Sense of responsibility
* Proficient with computer systems
