Aufgaben

• You receive our customers and analyze their needs directly at the vehicle - personally or digitally.
• You advise technically sound and understandable and ensure that our customers are satisfied every day.
• You create orders, cost estimates, and take over guarantee inquiries.
• You coordinate the entire repair process and are the connection between our customers and our mechatronics technicians in the workshop.

Qualifikation

• You possess fundamental professional and technical knowledge. Successfully completed training as a KFZ-Mechatroniker:in or equivalent training.
• Professional experience as a service representative in the automotive industry; ideally with a partner of BMW or Hyundai.
• You have good IT skills in MS-Office You demonstrate a reliable, structured, and customer-oriented working style.
• You are team- and quality-oriented.
