Service Assistant/Assistant

Autohaus Grünhagen GmbH & Co KG, a leading company in the automotive retail sector, is looking for an engaged Service Assistant or Service Assistant to strengthen our team. In this role, you will play a central part in supporting our service team by processing customer inquiries, coordinating appointments, and ensuring that our customers always receive the best possible care. Tasks

• Customer reception and care at the autohouse
• Scheduling and coordination of appointments for the workshop and sales department
• Support in creating and managing invoices and offers
• Processing customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email
• Maintenance and updating of the customer database

Qualification

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry
• Good communication skills and enjoyment working with people
• Self-motivated and structured work style
• Safe handling of MS Office and common IT systems
